When we bought this stove, we thought the enamel was ok and would polish up. Once we got it in the workshop we realised that it had bloomed and there was no saving it so we had the doors and the top stripped and wow, I am so glad we did. It looks truly amazing, just a great colour combination. The gun metal and the aubergine enamel look like they were made for each other. You can choose between a 3 litre square box which has a smaller aperture but is rated at 3.5kW or the longer 1.5 litre 3.5kW box as you prefer.
